I always feel like September is a crucial month with creating good habits and momentum going into the holiday season. Summer is basically over (except here in AZ ), school is back in session, and there are no holidays pushing sugary treats. It's a chance to focus on some serious food goals with hopefully less temptation. Then if you can set some goals and see some progress now it will be easier to stay strong over the holidays!
